An exciting opportunity for a candidate with roofing industry experience, as Key Account Manager for the South at Building Innovation, a leading UK supplier of tapered insulation.

The Key Account Manager’s primary focus will be to establish, develop and build business relationships through customer communications and to maximise favourable exposure of the company, its products and its services.

Your main responsibility as Key Account Manager will be to  generate demand for tapered insulation products.  Other responsibilities include working with and developing relationships with key membrane manufacturers and contractors, successful handling and tracking of key projects and having accountability for the Southern area.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role with proven sales and business development skills, including ability to exceed targets.  Knowledge of the roofing and construction industry would be a distinct advantage, as you will be required to recommend appropriate products and solutions.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is located in the South, and holds the energy and drive to manager their own area whilst working well with the Building Innovation team.

A Full UK driving license and the ability to travel and work away from home are a prerequisite.
