Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) inverted roofing insulation

XPS insulation is well known for its excellent compressive strength and thermal performance.  The robust insulation is resistant to the passage of water and is suitable for use in inverted roof applications.
  • Suitable for with single ply membranes, in an inverted roof below ballast or paving slabs or in a green / garden roof.
  • The declared thermal conductivity (lambda/λ-value) of XPS is 0.034 W/mK (insulant thickness 30 - 150 mm) and 0.036 W/mK (insulant thickness > 150 mm).
  • The design thermal conductivity (lambda/λ-value) of XPS is 0.036 W/mK (insulant thickness 30 - 150 mm) and 0.038 W/mK (insulant thickness > 150 mm).
  • XPS is supplied in standard thicknesses of 1250 x 600 mm.
